Capt. Harsha Govinda Koralearachchi BSc  is the founder of RAA. He is a resigned commissioned officer of Sri Lanka Air Force.  He has successfully  completed CAA – United Kingdom  ATPL/ IR (A) examinations,  which is considered as a higher academic crew licensing qualifications recognized worldwide.  He is a the only  qualified  Ground Instructor pilot in Sri Lanka to qualify in both Fixed Wings and Helicopter streams. He holds Ground Instructor Licences  issued from CAA SRI Lanka for Aircraft, ATPL/ IR Aircraft No-034 &  for Helicopters, ATPL/ IR No-042.  Further Capt. Harsha possess a crew licence CPL/ IR Frozen ATPL (A) and intend to get his ATPL/ IR helicopter license in near future.
